These camps are designed to help kids build skills, confidence, and friendships in a structured, outdoor environment while staying close to home. Wake camps welcome kids ages 6–15, from beginner to advanced skill levels. Campers are grouped by ability to support proper instruction and safe progression while enjoying a range of on-water activities available on Lake Austin.
Each summer, Executive Watersports hosts multiple wake camp sessions, held Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Sessions
Lake Austin – $1250
One wake camp session is offered each week on Lake Austin. Sessions run Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, making them convenient for Davenport Ranch families seeking structured daytime activities during the summer.

Wake Camps for Davenport Ranch, Austin, TX Families
Davenport Ranch sits off Loop 360 in west Austin, near where the Pennybacker Bridge crosses the lake, so the drive to camp is short and familiar. Campers aged six to fifteen are grouped by ability and spend Monday through Thursday riding, with lunch on the boat and a ski show to close the week. The routine is deliberately repetitive, because consistent water time is what moves a beginner into a confident rider.

9:00 AM – 9:45 AM – Camper pickup at Walsh Landing and transport
9:45 AM – 12:00 PM – Morning riding session
12:00 PM – 12:30 PM – Lunch break onboard the boat
12:30 PM – 2:30 PM – Afternoon riding session
2:30 PM – 3:00 PM – Return to Walsh Landing for pickup

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Camper performance showcasing skills developed during the week
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Wrap up, goodbyes, and camper pickup at Ski Shores Café
Wake Camp Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more prior to the start date of the session: full refund
- 14-30 days prior to the start date of the session: 50 percent refund
- Within 14 days: We are unable to offer a refund
Wake Camp FAQ
What does my child need to bring each day?
Campers from Davenport Ranch should bring a towel, sunscreen, a refillable water bottle, and label all personal items.
If my kid has their own equipment, should they bring it?
Executive Watersports provides all equipment. Campers may bring personal life jackets or gear if labeled.
What are the qualifications of each instructor?
All instructors are CPR and First Aid certified, and they have experience in wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and waterskiing on Lake Austin.
Is lunch provided at Camp?
Lunch is provided on Thursday at Ski Shores Café. Water is available on the boat throughout each day.
Where is dropoff and pickup?
We offer two locations for dropoff and pickup each day- Walsh Landing and Ski Shores Cafe.
